We've made these videos/guides to make sure that you have all the information needed to maintain your brand new hot tub.
Change the High/Low Range
If your hot tub isn't heating to your desired temperature, this could be because the range is on LOW.
To change the range to HIGH, enter into your control settings by pressing MENU. You will see the arrow flash, indicating that is selected and can be adjusted between HIGH or LOW.
To set the ranges, press either the UP or DOWN arrow to swtich between modes. Once you have selected, press the MENU button once, this will lock in your selection.
Ready & Rest Mode
The initial temperature that's displayed is the current temperature in your Hot Tub.
To switch between READY and REST modes, enter into your control settings by pressing MENU till you see "MODE".
By pressing the UP and DOWN button, you will move through "READY" and "REST".
The "R" upright = "READY", the "R" sideways = "REST".
Once you have selected, press the MENU button once which will lock in your selection.
Setting the Time
To set the time on your hot tub, enter into your control settings by pressing MENU enough times until you see "SET - TIME" shown on the screen.
To set the hours, press the WARM button once and then alter by using the UP and DOWN arrows. Using the MENU button to confirm the hours and move onto minutes.
Once you have selected, press the MENU button which will lock in your selection.
To set the filter cycle, enter into your control settings by pressing MODE. Press the UP button enough times until you see "FLTR" shown on the screen.
Press the WARM button to set the beginning of the cycle, then MENU to select confirm FLTR 1.
Press the UP and DOWN buttons to set the hour, then confirm by pressing MENU to then select minutes.
Repeat process for FLTR 2.
How to set filter cycles
We understand that when there's an issue with your hot tub, it can interrupt the pleasure that your hot tub is designed to bring you. That's why we try to make it easy as possible to help with rectifying any issues you have, no matter how big or small.
Please note that the showroom will not be able to deal with any problems or issues relating to your hot tub or its installation as these are dealt with by our dedicated repairs and maintenance department.
